If you need to return a product, please scroll down to the «How To Return A Product» section.

Please keep your original sales invoice!

Important: Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original product box. Please do not mark the product box. Any items returned with marks, stickers, tape, tags, packing labels, or writing on the product boxes will not be accepted and will not be refunded or credited.

When you make a purchase from PIC Media, you can be confident that you will receive premium quality, factory-sealed products. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality and performance of the product you purchased, you may select to have the product replaced or to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

The following warranty policies apply in the event you are unsatisfied with the quality or the product received is defective.

For different product types, there is a different return policy in effect, as follows:

  • Re-manufactured printer cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. Re-manufactured ink cartridges must contain no less than 75% of the original ink capacity. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!
  • Compatible (replacement) printer cartridges (which replace the OEM brand) are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 180-day warranty period. The returned cartridge must contain no less than 75% of original ink capacity.
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand printer cartridges are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a defective product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period. The cartridge must contain no less than 75% of ink capacity and be returned in the original OEM packaging. Sorry, but we do not assume responsibility to damage of the printhead/circuitry assembly due to improper handling. Please remove protective tape carefully!
  • All other products are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 30-day warranty period as long as it is defective or in its original packaging and not used.

Products that are ordered incorrectly or for a machine that no longer is operative are only returnable if the original packaging is unopened and in resalable condition. The cost of reshipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your order carefully.

All returns and replacements of defective merchandise are done with no additional cost to you. For other returns, shipping charges are not refunded and a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

How To Return A Product

Please read carefully and follow exactly the steps below. This will ensure your return will be processed without a delay:

  1. If you experience problems with Brother Printer Drums, please click here;
  2. Please call the Customer Service Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#);
  3. Download the Return Merchandise Form, print it, complete all the required fields and include this form with your return. This number will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested;
  4. Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and any credit card information needed to apply appropriate credit to your account. In order to expedite your refund, please provide the same credit card information used while making your initial purchase;
  5. Provide any additional information you feel will be helpful to our staff to process your request.
